Thank you so much for the worst experience ever..... As a mother I expected the best for my child.... But u guys made a nightmare for me.... How did u even think of doing such a thing taking a huge amount ..... Ok... We didn't resend the pic... But how did u think that its OK if u give only simple white icing for such a huge amount....its a little common sense....atleast u should. Have thought on our own to make something by urself if we didn't resend the pic.... Thank you so much for the worst experience.... And. Thanks too for making us prove wrong as we left all the bakeries behind and came to u people trusting u...... I never review on anything,think of my frustration on writing this.... Am not here to make U down... My single. Review will never let u down I know,, but u cannot get my daughter's precious first birthday memory back...... I can never forgive this... I trusted a lot ... We love coming to ecg before.... But from now,never and ever gonna come.... This isn't anger , this is a mother's...

The size of the cake is very small. Usually I used to order chocolate cakes of different types, initially I thought that the weight of the cake is more so the size is small. But today I have ordered Black forest cake, which weight is very less compared to the chocolate cakes..but the size is almost the same or some wat less than the chocolate ones. I haven't weighted it but approximately it will be around 350gms.. I know other bakeries are giving bigger cakes & taste is also not that good especially Black forest one...very much disappointed. That's the reason why this bakery is giving offers, they have reduced size that most ppl...
