The Vanam Multi Cuisine Theme Restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Giving 1 star as i do not found less than that. We visited this place with my family, they took the order and no update even after 30 mns. The server and staff are chit chatting, not paying attention to the customers though there are not many customers. The server is too busy in playing games in his phone, this really surprise me as how can a server can have that casual and careless attitude when the customers are waiting. When i asked him about the order after 45 mns, he is saying that the soup will take time to prepare and his tone is very rude, un-professional

He is ready to fight with me on this. I am really surprised to see this behavior. The food they served after an hour is completely waste. The Soup is not at all good, starters are average and too costly!

So better do not go to this place if you really want to spend quality time with...

I want to give negative rating. Visited today with my friends, had a pathetic experience☹️. Quality of the food is worst🤮, I have ordered Crispy Chicken and the chicken is not even boiled 🤢, the flesh of the Chicken piece is still raw. When complained the issue to manager, she is not even apologising or accepting their mistake, and she doesn't have minimum sense regarding how to speak to a customer. And they even charged for the Unboiled item. Small restaurant shops are providing much better service than this. Think thrice before visiting the place. Vanam restuarent has so much to improve themselves including the service. When entered the place look is good but no AC and very hot.

We went for buffet, but not satisfied with the items they are providing.

In the name of chicken 65 they have provided some bones with marination or corn flour or maida.

Roti's are not hot. Only Raagi sangati was good.

Except nothing, other items are below average i can tell.

But as this is in nellore, i want it to improve and get better. Hope they...
