Kritunga Restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

As a food lover this is my cry on what was expected and what was given... Could have given zero rating but.. Never thought that in the heart of the city, this restaurant serves such a horrible food..here what we went through. Reception - kind of decent and I can understand managing such a rough crowd ( yes we still not evolved)is not that easy. But with bit coordination it's doable. Service - remember the meme where some people in a team just randomly roam but does nothing..u can find almost all senior waiters doin that. And our boy has interesting response.when we asked for hoz pot biryani he says" its just biriyani in pot sir ..not good" And what not they all have memory issues..after placing order precisely..I have to ask 5 times for water bottle, 4 times for soft drink, and 6 times for onion salad. And for hot water..his response " no sir we can't provide..kitchen is busy..and no eye to eye contact. Food quality: hahahh is that food really??? The spicy part is only to tongue and lips it's not in the food. No one in my exp made mockery of gongura dish like this restaurant did. And the rate card is like metros. Finally: dear kritunga.. we nellorians have very few entertainment options and tastey food is one of such thing.. If it's a about money I can help u with any crowd funding..but pls pls stop cheating with such a degraded service and...

Horrible Experience – Avoid This Place!

I had one of the worst dining experiences at Kritunga Restaurant. We've ordered the following items:

Sangati - Natu Kodi: Their so-called signature dish was a complete disaster—it had a bad smell, was too watery, and the chicken was stale and undercooked.

RR Chicken: Overloaded with spice and salt, making it worse.

Biryani: Somewhat decent, which we had to rely on to survive our lunch.

Lime Soda: I asked for salt, they brought sweet, but it's really good.

Frankly, you people should shut down the restaurant and open a juice shop.

To make things worse, the service was painfully slow, though the staff were at least courteous. However, the floor manager was the worst—I was observing him, and he kept turning off the ACs and opening the windows on a damn hot afternoon, likely to cut costs. I complained a couple of times, but they ignored me, saying there was an AC issue. It made the dining area unbearably uncomfortable.

If you're in Nellore, avoid this place at all costs, or you might regret...

To all the people who is giving negative reviews without even coming near to the restaurant side. Kindly stop spreading fake reviews for your profit. If you really want to give a review please come visit and try food firstly and then give a feedback as per your experience. We are open to take bad reviews if we made a mistake. But by seeing the growth of restaurants the compitaters are doing this in purpose and we are also aware of who doing this. Please stop spreading fake information.

And most importantly we have people who trust our food and have been visiting regularly. Thanks for believing in us.

Who ever are thinking to visit the resturant and please don't stop by seeing these fake reviews. Kindly come and try the food we serve the food with love , hygeine, and best taste. To the people who loves to eat spicy food we meet your spice level. To people who loves to eat normal spice we also serve that. To the people who loves to try desserts we have lot.
