Location of the food court is close to temple with reasonable parking place. You'll get separate food counters for North Indian, South Indian, Chat, Juice centre, etc.
Though food is more oily, North Indian food is ok...the curd rice served by South Indian counter is worst. When questioned the same to the incharge he replied that the hotel rating is 5 star....and he's having experience in hotel business for 10years, thinking that customer is eating curd rice for first time....lol 😂.
Prices of the items little expensive..... people working in the counters serving food are non-responsive. I could see lots of North Indian families getting frustrated due to the poor response from the counters. Most of the people generally visits these expensive food courts for food quality, comfortable parking and facilities such as clean wash rooms. However the wash rooms in sulabh complexes are better maintained than here.
Only saving point for this hotel with average food quality is unavailability of other bigger hotels with some parking...
Read moreThis place hardly had any customers though it opened business 3 years ago. After our visit, I understood the reason. The Chinese and North Indian food counters open at 1 PM while South Indian buffet lunch is available from noon. We had to go out and return as we reached by 12:20 PM. Various stalls of other food items were not open. Definitely, the pricing was on par with Hyderabad restaurants or malls. While the Veg buffet is Rs.240, veg soft noodles are Rs.240 and Veg Manchuria Rs.220. The food court is huge and elegant but due to the above reasons, there was no crowd barring a few. The Chinese food that we ordered was tasty. If you want a new age dining section and food, better to head to this place since you have no other options other than run of...
Read moreThis food court is falling apart! It's barely maintained and there is only one functioning restaurant so I don't see any reason in calling it a food court. It's a self service arrangement and the staff is a little rude. They do not accept UPI or card payments. The food court is lined with random shops selling cheap gifting items and cloth. There's also a kid's play area filled with more junk. I got a Masala Dosa and it was surprisingly stuffed with a cabbage mixture. The Dosa itself was good but the Chutney and Sambar were not something to write home about. It is also very overpriced. Also, the washroom was super filthy and filled with cobwebs. Srisailam is not known for good food and this is just about decent, but I expected a...
