Out of the three restaurants in the line here, this one is set up just to trick and scam the tourists. The first red flag here is, there isn't a menu or rate display card in the restaurant. All the other restaurants in the area have both menu cards and rate display prominently. Also, they display FSSAI and local certificates displayed publicly, which are missing from Ilapuram.
Secondly, when the bill came, waiter strategically placed it in the pouch such that the total amount is visible and not the full bill. I went ahead to open and check the contents of the bill, which was for items that weren't the items that I ordered. I promptly raised the issue with the manager/cashier, the server feigned innocence blaming another waiter. It wasn't hard to call out the bluff, and it looked as if it was something that happens everyday.
The manager had no answer to the questions regarding absence of rate card or certificates. Neither did he has an answer to wrong billing. He was even reluctant to give me the correct bill. He tried to manually write a bill, which I rejected and forced him to give me a proper bill. He again acted as if he is giving it, but printed something else. Since I wasn't relenting, he had no choice but to give in.
Food is average. Not worth the money you are paying for. Head towards Apoorva or Sai Shankar down the lane.
Never going there again nor suggest anyone to go there unless you want...

Bad quality of food ..we had a dinner of 5 meals in that dal and lady finger smells very bad.when i ask service boy he replied it was done in the morning that the reason it is smelling.when i gave compliant in billing counter.He is telling if some one tells that curries smelling bad then they will change it seems.I had my personal expirence today. pls dont visit...

I was there with my groupd in Dec 26 to 27 2021 we arrange our group dinner and breakfast no issue with food and services at all... Mr.Kumar is a very efficient guy.. little overpriced compared to other locations... we appreciate for being very efficient and prompt. Thanks we will definitely come back and look for even better...
