1 star is also high for this restaurant. I came from US, visited Srisailam. After darshan, wanted to go to a restaurant for dinner. We found this restaurant and took entire family with me. We ordered few plates of idli, masala Dosa, north Indian Tali, some more food. Not sure when the idlis were made, they were super cold. Chatni was from fridge, and sambar was also cold. We got mad and asked for hot food. They got us some more sambar which was kind of warm. Coming to Dosa, it was at room temperature. The potato curry was from fridge again and server confirmed the same. Tali was horrible. We complained to the manager but nothing happened. We cancelled idli order. Ate whatever is ok to eat. Customer service should get negative ratings. 2 of us got badly sick and had to take medication during travel. Overall very bad experience. We suggest not to go to...
Read moreWaste of money! Ordered North Indian meal (veg) and was highly disappointed. The order was delayed and once served, naan and roti were cold. Had to get them replaced but was in for more agony later. Dal was OK, paneer dish had sugar in it and mix veg was a disaster. Curd was sour and "sweet dish" - balushahi - was hard to cut/chew. Definitely not worth Rs 160, given the poor ambience and service. Lassi had an overdose of sugar.
The place looks decent from outside to draw customers but once you get in, there's a fish market waiting to greet you. Even the AC section isn't much different. To top it all, their menu is expensive and there's no parking provision.
I would highly recommend the govt canteen that is right opposite the Mallikarjun Swamy temple. You won't get fancy menu items but the staff is courteous and the rates won't pinch your...
Read morePathetic experience! Trust me, this is the worst restaurant in whole srisailam. There's no value for customer here, food is awful( we ordered a butter naan which can easily expand till temple which is 500 m far from restaurant. Pun intended.) If this isn't enough, there's this server named 'Lalu' who judges people through their attire and that reflects in his service. Extremely dissapointed by him who couldn't bring us a tea cause his 'other customers are waiting for him to take the order'. Bhai tu pehle already existing customer ka dhyan rakhna seekh lo. Only reason people come here is cause it's near temple and there aren't much options left in the area. One can easily skip this and try somewhere else in the town. I'm pretty sure there are some really good hotels in the town who cares for...
