No staff I waited in counter to place order for more than 5 mins Only one customer sitting in dine in area AC was switched on only after 2 customers insisted to switch on Two staffs without uniform were going around Manager was not around Order was taken only after I asked She was not trained on order taking Ordering process was slow Card payment option was not available Upi QR Code didnt Get generated Manager came very late and handled POS machine and EDC machine in front of customers with breading in hand 🖐️ We can understand he came halfway doing breading Work Bill was not provided After 10 mins food was given. Same foul taste came in fried chicken also So I left it without eating Went to counter three staffs chatting didnt bother to ask why I came to counter... Called one of them and asked for bill.. She never had them... She searched.. I told the value 392.,but she gave me a 601 rs bill... I understood They are making multiple orders together and making billing. Then I informed the staff about the foul taste.. She immediately took the chicken in my plate and threw in bin. Manager was again vanished. Worst Taste, very unhygenic environment, No Air conditioning, Tables are not stable they're swinging , worst food seems n tastes stale , They mismatched order , krushers are way tooo worst Everything is worst A zero star rating from my side , die hungry but never visit this store In main road , you'll regret after visiting

Even it's a small store still ther's no air conditioning , staff are very rude and they're not responding in time They took 20 minutes + to deliver order and after we got the food they cleaned the table No tissues are given, they're staring like anything if we ask for extra ketchup

Wash basin clogged and it's filled with water And the wash area is spilled all over with water which is way to dangerous and maximum chance of people to skid over ,

A very poor conditioned store don't know how they're managing to get returns but it's the worst worst worst store Ever visited

Ther's no option for zero star ⭐ if it's there I'll be choosing that only
