KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC that I feel compelled to share. First, the food was delayed by an unreasonable amount of time. I understand that sometimes things get busy, but the wait was excessive, and no one bothered to keep customers informed about the delay. To make things even worse, I was told that the restaurant was accepting only cash payments, with no prior notice. This felt forced and incredibly inconvenient, especially considering most people rely on digital payments these days.

When I finally managed to place my order and sit down, I noticed the restaurant was in dire need of cleaning. Every single table was dirty, and it seemed like no one was making an effort to wipe them down. It was uncomfortable to sit in such an unkempt environment, and it really gave the impression that customer satisfaction wasn't a priority.

The worst part of my visit, however, was the rude behavior from both the staff and the manager. Not only were they unhelpful, but they also acted dismissive when I tried to express my concerns about the service. Instead of offering an apology or trying to make things right, they seemed uninterested and almost annoyed by my presence. It’s clear that this location needs better management and staff training.

Very bad we were waiting for our order from 10 min then I went to cash counter to ask how long will take for my order, the cashier replied we will call ur token number wait over there in a rude way. No respect no proper response , used trays were lying on tables , adding dips in a bill with our permission and not giving us if we ask they say sorry , I see no manager in a floor according to KFC service standards food need to give the guest in 1 min once ordered but now a days not happening, at last I got my food after 30 mins . Well we spent around 600 on it and it was just bad in all aspects. The taste was good but only because of the signature KFC recipe but if we're talking about the other aspects of the restaurant, there is a lot to say. The place is extremely unhygienic, smells bad, doesn't have good service and the food took quite some time. We asked for extra ketchup (supposed to be free) but one of the employees literally refused to give us ketchup saying it was limited. All that while she was constantly on her phone. The custom service is really not upto the mark and this is coming from a person who has been going to KFC their whole life. Definitely not...
