Nov 14th 2023 review, I had dinner and went there at 8:15pm:- points I covered: taste, parking and staff service & waiting time. Taste and Quality: The quality and taste of the food I ordered is still really one of the best! Parking: there is like a little place to park car to the side of the road. The waiting time:- The downside was the service. the restaurant looked seriously understaffed. It took too long for the staff to take our order in the first place. We had to sit and just wait for half an hour before I got fed up and called them to take our order. It also took so long for the food to be cooked. I was so hungry that i had a headache by the time the arrived. Please improve your service for Dine in. I don't want you to lose customers because of that when the food is so satisfying to eat. Unavailablility of some dishes: One more thing. 2 of the dishes I already ordered became unavailable by the time it was time to serve them to us. Very disappointed with that.

Have come to Pizza Hut @ dwarka nagar a few times . To start off , the location is very nice , interior is neat & clean . Menu is quite extensive, enough choice for VEG & Non VEG . Staff is very polite , service does get slow at times . But overall it's well managed . Coming to the Food , since I eat VEG only , the following items have been tried and tested .

PIZZA •VEG margherita - All time Fav •Rawalpindi Chana - Refreshing with an Indian touch . Some will like & some might dislike this option •Tandoori Paneer - Perfect choice for people who like medium to spicy pizza & love paneer . • Paneer Vegorama - For people who love Paneer and many more toppings . Pizza isn't too spicy though • Veggie Supreme - Mild pizza with loads of toppings , for guys who love their pizza's mild & filled with toppings .

SOUP Mushroom soup is the best of the lot . Tomato & Clear Soup options are nice as well .

SIDES There are three types of garlic bread Found the garlic bread exotica & garlic bread spicy supreme the best of the lot . Garlic bread sticks - OK ( better option than plain garlic bread ) Stuffed Pocket VEG - OK

PASTA Tried the VEG pasta option - Was Horrible . Big No

Drinks Spicy Guava , Green Apple Mojito - Refreshing & Not to sweet

We won’t order from Pizza Hut anytime soon. Service was terrible. First off, the staff people had demanded the order be placed by scanning a QR code on the table and be paid through DotPay. The process in itself was an ordeal. They were not guiding properly as to how to do it. Later they said they hadn’t received the order on their system and that we had to place it again. By this time, we had lost already a good 30 minutes, after which we had to place the order across the counter to get the food. We are yet to receive the refund for the order placed through QR. And then there was the wait for the food. They frequently forgot about what items they were supposed to serve and failed to serve food in a proper manner. We had to remind them of what we ordered and then they would take 10 more minutes to serve. They had no idea which item they had to give first and gave the food one by one. They did not hear the instructions properly and messed up the orders. All in all, food was good, yes, but our experience was definitely anything but hassle-free as advertised. At one point we had gotten so frustrated we thought any other restaurant would suffice and we should leave. It was horrible, to say. Not going to dine-in at Pizza Hut...
