Shocking experience. They judge you by what you wear and what you eat. They lough and mock how you say the names on the menu.

Wrong place for Vegetarians, the moment you start enquring about vegetarian items, their expression changes, their service level drops, they dont look interested in taking veg orders. Also, very limited options, when we ordered main course, the waiter recommended only four rotis (small butter chapatis) for Four of us, when we realised they were not enough, we asked for more, he said NOT AVAILABLE , when we asked for other items on the menu, he said NOT AVAILABLE, when we asked for plain rice, said NOT AVAILABLE but he could bring rice from the CHICKEN BIRYANI??? absolutley APPALLING. They were not interested at all, they didnt care, they invested so much on interiors to make it look modern, but failed on providing good food and customer service. Its a wake up call for the owners to decide whether they want continue such culture or do something about it. If they are not interested in providing veg items, might as well remove them from the menu and make it NON-VEG ONLY restaurant and change their marketing across all platforms so that people are fully aware before they step in. Or even if people walk-in blindly, you can tell them upfront thats its a NON-VEG...

I had good experience with these guys, the other branded pizza stores Domino's and Pizza Hut must feel ashamed due to kind of pizzas they deliver.

Coming to Magic Pizza, their they don't have any space to cheat!, I mean their menu is simple and not having many customizations as others do and cheat when it comes to final product. These guys by default add extra cheese, if you tell them to put little extra they will do politely, see the massive paneer chunks they have put on pizza, see the fresh vegetables they have added! Just see the photos attached! Hope these guys maintain the quality and taste.

Domino's and pizza Hut are blatant liers in the city after robbing 600/- for medium size pizza, magic pizza guys are giving great pizzas at just...

Weird but true... Horribly hilarious experience... TIME! MONEY! AND MOOD Spoiled!

I ordered a cheese burger and guess what do I get.. Bun and cheese with one strand of onion and four slices of cucumber. And yeah cheese. I was searching for a patty inside coz all cheese burgers I had, would always have a crunchy element inside. But this one didn't.

I asked a guy, if the chef had experience of making burgers. He replied with so much attitude as if I was a disgraceful customer.

KURNOOL! DON'T GET FOOLED WITH MAGIC PIZZA BURGERS.

I AM SURPRISED BY THE POSITIVE FEEDBACKS, NOW IT MAKES ME THINK IF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE EATING HERE, IF THEY REALLY KNOW HOW AUTHENTIC PIZZAS AND BURGERS ARE MADE?

MY SUGGESTION IS THAT BEFORE YOU ORDER A CHEESE BURGER AT MAGIC PIZZA, CHECK ON GOOGLE HOW A CHEESE BURGER IS MADE THEN ORDER AND IF WHAT EVER IS SERVED IS ANYTHING DIFFERENT, THEN, YOU KNOW WHO IS FOOLING YOU!!!
