About staff: I visited this place to buy “motichur laddu”. I was waiting at the counter to place my order for about 10 minutes, but no body bothered about the customers there. Then I loudly asked “is there any body to take the order?” Then one lady staff came and took the order. Then again same nobody responded for another 10 minutes. I again loudly asked “ is there any body to give my ordered sweets?” Suddenly another lady came and took me to the sweets section and I asked for motichur laddu. She showed me the laddus which is not looking like motichur laddus and the same expressed by me. But the staff confirmed me that it’s motichur laddu only.

About laddus: It’s very hard and not at all a motichur laddu. It’s seems to be outdated and we thrown away.

Both service as well as products are very very worst...

I got a pastry for my son ... damn it was so dry I asked if it was fresh ofcourse the staff said its fresh she went inside asked the manager I guess he said becoz it's in fridge.. come on it was stale and dry also last time I bought those rocher 🍩 it was so hard I took parcel it was waste of money near 100 rs very bad their snacks are good sorry but their cakes pastries doughnut cookies all are stale and hard they shud not bake or advertise if it's going to be the same..not once twice thrice same kind of stale...

I visited few times just shake of this brand...but got very bad experience. I visited this branch and Near Guestime line hotel for Egg puff despite outside more than 40C temperature, always no puffs were available at this store, always they tell sold out, not yet arrived.
