Dear MD Sir, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the appalling standards of hospitality and hygiene I experienced during my stay at Daspalla Executive Court on January 5th and 6th 2025. Inadequate Room Facilities: Previously, Daspalla hotels were known for maintaining a standard of excellence by providing basic amenities like small refreshments (e.g., Mazza or Frooti) in the refrigerator, bottle openers, and matchboxes. However, during my recent stay, these were conspicuously absent. When I inquired, your staff cited post-COVID measures as the reason, which is neither valid nor acceptable at this stage. If this is due to cost-cutting measures, I suggest explicitly mentioning it on your hotel booking page. Transparency about the services you provide will help guests align their expectations with the current standards. Consistency in maintaining basic amenities across all Daspalla Group hotels is crucial to retaining your reputation and guest trust. Severe Hygiene Violations at Breakfast: On the morning of January 6th, I witnessed multiple cockroaches being served alongside the complimentary breakfast table. This is a blatant violation of food safety and hygiene standards as prescribed under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. This poses a direct threat to guest health and well-being, and I have photographic evidence of the incident. When I escalated this matter to the duty manager, his casual "sorry" was not only inadequate but also reflected gross negligence on the part of the hotel management. These issues indicate systemic failures in adhering to basic hospitality and hygiene standards, potentially rendering your establishment liable under various consumer protection and public health regulations. It's a nice old hotel with lots of issues. Good things first...food is delicious. Buffett breakfast is limited but nice and covered many varieties.staff at front office are polite and nice.it is in a nice location. Rest in peace. They allotted a room in 4th floor.Lifts are dirty and dusty any given time only one working.Fan in the lift blow pure dusty breeze,same with in-room air-conditioning, I strongly feel they need a thorough cleaning. I stayed three nights,I have to come down many times in three days as key was not working. Bed is horrible and sinking..need change.House keeping never refilled coffee sachets after first day. I felt restaurant staff were little rude, the server saying to another one " customer gaadu pack chaiyyamannadu"..I was right there.... In room I heard toilet flushing in night and day....donno from where. And NO RUNNING HOT WATER, only lukewarm water in taps.As I complained the employee came and try to convince me the warm water is the hottest water.Later they came with a electric water heater but I refused. This hotel not worth of money..may be if they refurbish and cleanup big time.

Please give a thumbs up if you like my review Tried this place on Dussehra. Picked Meals as an option. We choose veg thali with chicken Afghani. Veg Thali: It is with Dal, 2 Curries, 2 Fry, 1 Chutney, Pulihora and corn rice. In addition we got Boori, Gari, Banana and curd. Taste: Dal 3/5. Curries: Carrot- 2.5/3, Cauliflower: 2/5 Fry: Bendhi Fry: 3/5 Aloo& Coconut Fry: 2/5 Beerakaya Chutney: 3/5 Pulihora:3/5 Corn rice:2.5/5 Boori: 2.5/5 Gari 3/5. Chicken Afghani: 3.5/5 : Taste is good on top of that it is not coated with Corn flour. Little Picey goes well in white rice. Out of all this I should highlight the gun powder mix with ghee and white rice(hot) will make your taste buds fly; it was So YUM..!! Before starting your meal ask them to get hot rice and ghee you will have the powder on Table (must try) Parking: Very Congested place it was. I parked my car little back and someone else parked in front but managed to take it out by the help of the watchman but little tidious.

Disappointing Experience - Will Not Return I don't understand how many people are giving a 5 star rating.may be paid promoters.

I recently 24-07-2024 visited Daspalla restaurant Ramnagar Visakapatanam with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was worst.

Food: Road side food is better than Daspalla executive.kindly check before going Non veg Thali was worst experience when I ate with my colleagues .Half boiled rice with very below average curries with 3 peaces mutton ,very lo quantity food ,that curd rice is very worst ,which costs 550 per one person .Street food is far better than this Dasaplla.

Service: The service was extremely slow. We waited over 30 minutes just to place our order, and another 45 minutes to receive our food. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, which made the long wait even more frustrating.and reckless behavior .

Cleanliness: Those who served lacked hygiene and were bringing food with their hands.
