Today I had visited the KFC in chitralaya mall (Visakhapatnam aka Vizag) and the experience was very bad right from the beginning till the end.
Food was super hard whatever I had ordered like burger it was pale and had an unusual taste, my chicken was very bad in taste and chicken pop corn was super hard like a rock.
They haven't provide me straw despite of my gentle request they denied which is so strange overall in India they do provide straws with the glass of Pepsi I had dine in various KFC outlets in India but never face this situation. when I requested ms.Chandini about the straw she said they dony have and when I insist she went inside to the manager to check and came back to tell me the same answer no straw - when I look inside what the manager is doing she is busy chatting in her WhatsApp doesn't bother to come out to answer the customer. Both cashier mr.mani and Ms.chandini on the counter looks courteous but lack temperament. Clearly if the RGM or the AGM doesn't bother how the process going on then how come the newbies will do and the worst part is i had dine on the first floor where the ac was off and they were customers who were sweating and tables haven't been cleared - credit goes to the RGM or AGM. They do need a proper training from their training head or from the coaches.

Yesterday on 2nd may I purchased a bucket worth 350/- since I was travelling I told them to make a parcel. Which was billed to 355/- I offered them to pay through paytm but the person in the counter said the server was down and wanted cash. I paid 500/- and a change of 5/- i was supppsed to get 150/- but he gave me 50/- and told to take 100/- again. I received the parcel but he told me to wait for some more time. In was running out of time and hence left the KYC, chitralaya, vizag leaving the 100/- I just want to warn the public to beware of these type of fraud, especially if the people in the counter notice you with the travelling bag they will ensure that you are panicked and leave as soon as possible. Mine is just one of the case I don't know how much money the KFC staff are making by using this type of technique. It is alarming that an international brand like KFC doesn't have control over their staff. I tried to raise an online complaint but that provision is also not there. The boy at the billing counter named Parmesh and the service girl named Leela behaved very inappropriately with us(u can check the cctv footage at 8 to 8:15pm).Instead of our asking if rice bowl is available at 7:45pm?Mr.Parmesh said yes it is available, so we proceeded to order the rest of the food.When it was our turn to pay for the food Mr.Parmesh said that rice bowl isn’t available.We we’re very upset about their behaviour towards us which is why we left the counter as soon as possible, but came back again to raise complaint on the complaint book which was not present.The girl named Leela was in a hurry burry to leave for the day at 7:30pm,she shouted at us that rice bowl cannot be prepared now…The ambience was not good at all,very untidy and poor service…I request to look into this matter immediately and take necessary action for the same so that the customers doesn’t suffer like us anymore as customer satisfaction has to be at the top.
