We arrived at 6pm. We were the only people seated in the restaurant. A party of 4 that ordered 2 lemon sodas, mushroom masala, palak, mughul biryani, pulkas and fish fry. The food was all tasty. The portions of pulkas were poor. The palak needed more seasoning. We had to request the lime sodas 3 times and they didn't bring it out until all of our food was given, on the 2nd ask they brought out the food instead. Then at the end, they asked if we wanted finger bowls, my mother said yes. They brought out 2. We waited then I noted that they aren't bringing the other 2, we spoke to about it and they finally brought out out. The entire time from our entering, during ordering, eating, and leaving staff members were leaning against the tables, chairs, walls all talking and not doing anything. There were 7-8 people within eye sight doing this, all with different roles. Each time we asked for something, they would relay it to the person in charge of that role and there was no rush or look of wanting to assist. We didn't ask for anything out of ordinary... just basic service in a restaurant that should have a higher level of service to match the environment. Poor poor service, poor management, poor training.... though really good food. I'd order take away next time unless they improve...

We went to this restaurant after we heard a lot from our friends about the food and the ambience .we went for an early lunch ,they made us wait for a long time.but the way they asked us to wait was not so courteous. Ambience was good,all our orders arrived in 15-20 mins.We ordered Chicken drumstick, non veg platter,chicken sizzler,kebab biryani, their so called spl kodi pulao and mutton biryani.. though they looked yum,the taste was horrible ,believe me there was no salt in any of the above mentioned items,everything was so spicy that they tasted bitter.The non veg platter was served in a huge box which was deep ,where we have to dig for the kebabs and serve ourselves bcos they didn't even care coming to us when we were standing ourselves to see what was there inside and started serving ourselves. We just finished the food simply not to waste but gave our feedback, which was not taken so well and the owners did not care to apologize for the inconvenience. They have become popular so they may think that they need not apologise..
