Pulse Restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

The food was tasty, but the service was the worst. 4* for food, 0* for service. We entered the restaurant around 9:30 pm, no one informed us that restaurant would close by 10:30 pm. Our food was delivered by 10 pm, right after delivery before even we started eating they started asking whether finger bowls be brought and bill be given. More than that they switched off the AC and lights except some lights near our table by 10:20 pm by which we didn't even finish half of our dinner. When questioned they informed restaurant would close by 10:30 and we should pay the bill and leave. When I asked for manager to complain the waiter said he is the manager. He didn't even apologise and we had to leave in the middle of the dinner with half of the food left over. Worst...

Giving single star rating is also too much for this worst restaurant.there will be no service,they don't care about the customers,service will be very slow, they were not trained to do service also.to give the bill also they will take 10-15mins.we ordered gongura chicken biriyani,dum biriyani & mughlai biryani, for gongura they served us the gongura curry separately and biriyani rice separately,for mughlai also curry was served separately, I had given feedback to them they didn't even listen what I was saying and when I'm going out the same person said thankyou from the billing counter,they are taking the feedback as joke. Food is not fresh and not so tasty.

Ambience - Confy seating arrangement and coolest lighting. The tables are clean and sanitized on time.

Food - I ordered paneer 65, Goat fried piece Biryani , a water bottle and a Pepsi bottle. The restaurant staff brought food onto the table within 10 minutes. The Paneer 65 was delicious but not tasty. The Biryani was not refresh and I felt fried fish smell from it and taste is also not so great. The mutton pieces are reheated multiple times.

Service - The staff could have use the hand gloves while serving the food.

Observed that their fingers are in the Biryani pot while serving the food and serving with single spoon and pouring the biryanis onto the plate.

So I don’t feel it’s Hygiene service...
