Food is not fresh and not so tasty. Ambience - Confy seating arrangement and coolest lighting. The tables are clean and sanitized on time. Food - I ordered paneer 65, Goat fried piece Biryani , a water bottle and a Pepsi bottle. The restaurant staff brought food onto the table within 10 minutes. The Paneer 65 was delicious but not tasty. The Biryani was not refresh and I felt fried fish smell from it and taste is also not so great. The mutton pieces are reheated multiple times. Service - The staff could have use the hand gloves while serving the food. Observed that their fingers are in the Biryani pot while serving the food and serving with single spoon and pouring the biryanis onto the plate. So I donβt feel itβs Hygiene service and food too.

Very worst place and worst staff with rude behaviour they even don't know how to speak with customer they doesn't know what is hospitality they are hiring the people who doesn't even know what is restaurant and how to speak with the customers if anything goes wrong and they are arguing with me that our dish is same if u wanna eat have it if not get lost.i have ordered for schezwan fried rice and it's not good and there is no flavour of it. Management is very worst please don't go here all the prices are very high and I forgot one more thing we have ordered spring rolls there is lots of food colour in it our hands or like very Red after having it ....π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘

I've attached the menu for your convenience, please hit helpful if this review helped you in any way. π Now for the review, the ambience is nice, has got music but not live though. The Biryani is just ma-ma-miya, I would say the Biryani is just lip smacking, I've tasted Chicken, Prawns and Fish Biryani and they all are just too good. The starters aren't that bad either but I felt they're a bit overpriced. Restaurant has got high chairs. As you enter the restaurant you can either go left or right, both sections has good seating but I liked the seating which is on the left. For a decent meal this is definitely worth a visit.

Be advised to go here if you have enough time and you are patient enough. The food tasted very good and it is worth the money. The ambience of the hotel is very good you can rely on. The pathetic aspect is the service, the success of the hotel has gone to the head of the management, none of the employees care for the customer. They hardly bother about delivering the service to customers. The hotel should employ few male staff to manage the crowd and see that customers get attention. We have to repeatedly ask the staff for cutlery, water, tissue etc.,

I give 2 Star rating for this hotel is for their pathetic service . The lady who took the order was too bossy and was not polite at all . Absolutely no courtesy in her approach. Food was ok but not great . We ordered veg biriyani, fried rice , panner butter Masada, butter non , Gobi 65. Out of which Gobi 65 was good. Veg biriyani had no vegetables in it. It was a plain rice with masala mixed in it. Fried rice had partially cooked vegetables which was odd to eat. Am sorry to say , Hotel pulse , not upto the mark . My first worst experience review:(

I have ordered through zomoto, really worst experience with this restaurant, I ordered chicken biryani it was uncooked and too hard to eat chicken pieces and very bad in taste, they haven't used fresh Chicken to make biryani. It will be very harmful to the health if food and chiken not fresh, I have ordered many times from this restaurant but some times it was good but some times it was just ok but this time it is terrific experience So be careful do not order from this restaurant they are using decomposed chicken to make chicken biryani.
