The Paradise family restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

We were here for lunch this afternoon and there were mixed emotions. I was baffled that such a restaurant does not have any parking, not people to assist. The parking space (Cellar) is used as store room. The streets are filled with just bikes. We had to walk 3 streets to park and be at the restaurant.

Interior is neatly done, however the entrance space isn't ventilated enough. It's warm even when it's about 26 degrees outside. The constant opening of the kitchen and the entrance door and not closing them makes it worse.

The staff - the guy whom we enquired for seats, almost forgot us. He said 15 minutes and we had to get back to someone else as we couldn't find him anymore. So much accountability and customer centric (read sarcasm.) The girl who took our order was even more pathetic (utmost condescending.) The girl who served us wes, polite, helpful and was the only person they'd trained well.

Food was great. Everything that we ordered was fab, not greasy, did not have much irritants, easy on the stomach and pocket too. However, no placement of paper tissues, cutleries, broken plates and serve ware is a definite put off.

What didn't work - Lack of parking, customer service, attitude of the staff, quality of the serveware and cleanliness of the restroom and wash area.

I went last Sunday to this restaurant for lunch I ordered panner biryani I had waited more than 50 minutes then I cancelled my order and I will do part time zomato delivery boy i accepted a order from this restaurant it's chicken dum biryani I had reached the restaurant at 1:50 they marked the food was ready at 2:15 and they said order is not ready and repeat again at 2:37 ,the coustomer was cancelled the order at 2:53 I had been waited more than a hour, and I got another order within 30 seconds from the same restaurant if I cancelled it i didn't get incentive , there is nearly 20 to 30 delivery boys standing more than a hour at basement with 40° heat without fan they didn't provide water also and I asked other delivery boys i think today was soo many orders thats why restaurant was late but they said it will be repeat again at next Sunday don't worry we facing this situation daily at...

Paradise Restaurant - Disappointing Experience

I had high expectations for Paradise Restaurant, but my visit was a huge letdown. First, the service was incredibly slow—our food took forever to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy. When it finally did, it was barely warm and tasted bland. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh, and the presentation was sloppy. For the price, I expected much better quality.

The staff also seemed indifferent to our concerns and didn’t make an effort to improve the experience. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve their service and food quality. Definitely not worth the hype!
