Pizza Hut | STV Nagar, Tirupati — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

We recently visited to new branch of Pizza Hut near tirumala bypass road tirupati. We had ordered almost 800/- worth of food. The food and ambience was good. But I had a bad experience at the first visit . There should be some caution written on the table about the hotness of pizza tray . I had an accident burn on my arm while moving the glass on table . The tray was super hot & I was not aware of it . I feel they should serve the hot pizza on a plate to avoid such accidents, bcz there will many adults and KIDS will be visit for dine in . Out of excitement Definitely there is a chance of kids burning themselves in such events. Also the server who delivered pizza to our table didn’t even caution us about the heat.

Management simple says Sorry for the same which is not required..!!

I would definitely recommend to write the caution notice it on BOLD letters to display on the...

Ordered the Bold BBQ Veggie thin crust from Pizza Hut through Zomato - got a sweet 50% off deal.

Good stuff: Pizza looked perfect and was loaded with veggies. Toppings game was strong! 👍

Not so good: Arrived cold despite being just 2km away Only got 1 oregano sachet and 2 chili flakes packets (no ketchup!) The "serves 4" claim is way off - 8 slices of thin crust barely filled up 2 of us for dinner

Pro tip: Best to eat this as a snack, not a full meal replacement.

And definitely grab it with the 50% off - full price isn't worth it for what you get.

Might try dining in next time to actually experience it hot! At half price it's decent but wouldn't pay...

I would split my rating in to two categories i.e quality of the Pizza and the service as I went for a dine-in. Pizza was very good and deserves a 4* but the service was awful. It was like sitting in a furnace, not sure if the ACs were working. Many people were complaining about hot conditions but no use. There was only one person attending the orders, listening to complaints and cleaning the table. Its a total chaos. The ordeal doesn't end there. There was a power cut and yes as you would have expected by now, there was no generator or power backup. My recommendation is avoid dine-in, go for delivery...
