I have to write about my experience.. In fact in a very detailed manner.. Please be patience till end.
After watching #Kobbarimatta film today with my friend, we both decided to go for lunch in Chillies Restaurant located in AIR bypass road, Tirupati. When we reach the restaurant, there's a lot of vehicles parked on the road outside the restaurant and a lot of crowd eating and waiting for their turn inside the restaurant. We thought that it's quite common on Sundays and holidays.
After enrolling our names for the table, we've waited nearly 30-40 mins for the table allotment. Then we've ordered a Chicken Dum Biriyani and a Veg Biriyani (My friend is a Veggie) and 2 Cooldrinks.
20 mins later the server came with our food and served and walked away immediately.. Later I came to know that there is no boiled egg in the Dum Biriyani. I called him and asked about egg. He said that the eggs are over and he would get one for me before I finish eating. And got me one egg within 5 mins.. I wonder how could he find one for me?
Coming to the food quality and quantity it's the worst Biriyani I've ever tasted. The Basmati rice quality is very cheap and we can find the normal masoori rice in between them. There is no Dum and not even enough hot too.. The quantity is way more worse. It's just a small cup of rice, not even enough for a school kid. For that they're charging Rs.220/-. My friend situation is way more worst. He got a small cup of "Turmeric Powder" mixed rice along with some pieces of potatoes and carrots. That too it was not even hot even as my plate of Biriyani. My friend's veg biriyani was literally turmeric powder smelled and nothing more.. For that turmeric powder rice, they've charged Rs.170/-. We've informed the same to the server and in the billing section too. They just blew their own trumpet about their food and customers.
I wondered why these people are rushing to that restaurant for that Biriyani? Are they coming repeatedly for this food? Waste of money and time.. We were deeply unsatisfied with the food in this particular restaurant and we've decided not to go...
