KFC — Restaurant in Assam

Welll, it was the worst experience here... I was very happy to visit kfc after so long... But all of my excitement went down when I got my food... I had ordered a chicken roll, wings box and yes a rice meal.. At first I had the rice , well the rice was cold.. The gravy in it was sour.. I still had it.. But when I took a bite of the roll.. I was done.. It was so hard.... Cold and it seemed like it was half baked., after that I did not eat the roll, next I took a bite of the wings well it was cold again and very soggy.. I could not eat it any more... Still I finished my meal.. Later to let the people know that there is something wrong with the food. I went to the counter.. I told them the issue , they seemed less bothered.. Then the manager came and told he would give me a free roll.. I said there is no need for that in fact he should check if the heater was working or not and check the food before giving the food... Inplace of offering free stuff... I told him to check on his machines.. I really wonder what are the head mangers are doing.. Why don't they do quality check..???... So well my dinner was a disaster..and yes the worst kfc experience I...

where to start? one of the worst places to have a meal to be very frank,ordered a zinger burger box which comes with a zinger burger,two pieces of chicken wings,one large fries and a soft drink,

the burger was'nt good at all,the chicken inside was stale fried in overlonged used oil,the mayo inside it was almost negligible and yes hardly a piece of lettuce.

same for the chicken wings,stale and fried in overlonged used oil,

the fries were decent,

the soda from the soft drink was gone and tasted more liked sugar syrup,

and top of all the everything around was very unhygienic starting from faulty smell from the dine area,to undercleaned bathrooms and most of all the trays they serve the food looked hardly ever cleaned.They dump the wastes from the trays to the food wastebins nearby by putting the trays inside and serve food in the same without even wiping them et alone sanitizing or...

First, aren’t KFC responsible for training their staff with how to cook and how to behave? I order chizzaz and popcorn biryani. Have a look at the chizzaz. Is that how it’s supposed to be made? Taste awful too. Second. They didn’t give me gravy in my biryani. I asked them politely and they started asserting that there’s gravy at the bottom of my bowl. I told them that i have search deep down the pit, there’s no gravy. If they wanted to check it’s there to see. After that finally they said they will provide me gravy. And guess what, they gave me gravy mixed with water. What problem do the staff have? They can’t cook, can’t provide the KFC standard food, why are you even employing them? For show? I have been there for ages since it first opened. I have only seen it deteriorate. And please teach the incompetent nincompoops you call staff conduct. Not feeding off of...
