Worst staff, worst manager, worst service and worst experience ever in my life. I’ve bought around 5 ACs till now but never experienced such a casual and ignorant attitude by the dealer, salesman and the concerned company authorities. The salesman is Krishna Das and I bought a 2 ton AC from them by paying ₹ 45,000 in cash. I clearly mentioned before buying the AC that the installation needs to be done on the same day and same was agreed after a thorough communication with the company technician. After that I bought the AC and brought it home by my own. The technician calls me and says that installation won’t be done the same day and proposed to install it in the next day which was impossible for me because I stay at my home only on Sundays. After installation, the AC came out to be faulty, due to which the technician told that it’ll be replaced and unfortunately the dealer blamed the company’s authorities and the company blamed the dealer and this went on for around 20 days. When I got frustrated and decided to scold all of them in the dealer, then the real story came out that none of the parties (dealer & company) had processed for the replacement till it was 20 days already and when I scolded them further, then they decided to refund me the amount which they refused earlier. The biggest fraud is the manager who doesn’t take any responsibility as a manager and pushes his team to solve it and the team consists of all thieves.

Never buy anything from these fraudsters. I’d rather suggest to pay some extra money and buy from a place where you don’t have to go...

This is a review for those who are planning to buy products from this store. We bought a new Tata Voltas Ac 1.5 tone on 14/6/25. They gave us an old remote which was a repaired one. Photo added with repaired date written on it. Remote doesn't work as it was already broken before. We came to know about it when we check and found it out. The information given by the sales person and by Tata customer service is different. When we call the store regarding the problem with the AC, they keep on jumping the call to one another instead of solving our problems. When another person call again we have to repeat our issue again and again. It happen to us for around 5/6 times to repeat the problem. They told us to call the customer service to register for service, we did it we got a message for it. But what happened is the service engineer never call untill we call. When we call he told us he will connect but never came or call again. When we got the new remote from the store ourselves, now there is a problem with the AC itself again. Fed up of it. Worst service, worst sales person, never pick-up calls by the sales...

Absolutely terrible experience with Great Eastern Trading Co Junali Guwahati. We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator on 3rd August and within just 3 months it completely stopped working. The compressor failed and the fridge started giving off a foul chemical smell.

The worst part isn’t even the product, it’s the store’s behaviour. The manager is shockingly rude and unprofessional. I spoke to him personally on behalf of my parents who live in Guwahati and he had the audacity to tell me to contact the electricians myself, saying “I’m not the one coming to your house to fix it.” We weren’t even told who the electricians were in the first place. Absolutely arrogant and dismissive.

I even visited the store three times hoping to get some resolution but every time the manager was conveniently “not available” either out for lunch or clearly avoiding the issue altogether. No accountability, no courtesy, and certainly no respect for customers.
