Patisserie Operaa — Restaurant in Assam

I had ordered 2pastries along with few other items on 6th Jan. One was missing and other received was stale and clearly was an old stock, as it tasted horrible and had become hard. The lady at the reception just blatantly refused to accept their mistake. I was one of their regular customers,but this insincerity in delivering your service has seriously severed my trust in them,and I probably would never care to take their service. Unfortunately shops here lack professionalism and always keep their benefit and stake in mind, rather than keeping customers happy. Too bad Patisserie Opera ,u lost a customer who had a belief in your goodness once. But during these times of covid, cheating customers and trying to siphon money from them has become a regular norm in eateries and patisserie opera has become one of them. Ordered a minion style chocolate flavour cake from them recently ,I gave them specific instructions not to use any fondant to which they said ok and assure us there won't be any major change on how the cake will look but instead I got an ORANGE minion cake ,secondly the cake was soo dry tasteless I mean seriously disappointing on the other hand they charged us 1700 for this cake ohh 100 rupees extra to make it eggless i mean seriously , stop guys please stop this kind of practice of looting the customer and please don't think this is my first time I am ordering infact quite the opposite I used to be a regular customer of yours but for the last 2 or 3 time I was not satisfied with the quality of the products but this time you guys just crossed the line and forced me to write the review .what a waste of my money !!! Not a good place as compared to Loyans, Baker's special or prime bakes. They had provided stale pastry to me which was shocking to see and it happened to me at this place many a times.There is no strict quality check. Just giving fancy names or hanging posters of certificate of proficiency doesn't mean that quality is upto the mark. I remember one time went to there place for eggless cake on display there was one which was with egg what they did was shocking,they took the cake with egg into their kitchen and brought it as eggless one.
