The ambience is simple and rustic, just like a true roadside dhaba — wooden benches, steel plates, and that unmistakable aroma of ghee and tandoor in the air. It’s not about fancy decor here — it’s about food that hits home.

I ordered the Butter Chicken, Paneer Tikka, and a couple of tandoori rotis — and honestly, I was blown away. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced — not too sweet, not too oily — just the way it should be. The paneer was soft, smoky, and came sizzling on a hot plate. Even the dal makhani, which I tried from my friend’s plate, was slow-cooked and packed with flavor.

Service was quick and friendly, despite the place being almost full — these guys know how to manage a crowd. Prices are very pocket-friendly, and the quantity is generous — you’ll not leave hungry, I promise that.

They also served us chilled chaas (buttermilk) on the house, which was a lovely touch. The whole experience reminded me of the highway dhabas up North — raw, filling, and absolutely satisfying.

It is just at the back side of Vinayak Furnishing.. This Dhaba is one of a kind in Guwahati, due to this interior decoration, the kitchen resembles a Truck, nd Menu book is also of a Truck Image.. Nearly 24-28 customers can enjoy food at a time, ambience is good too..

Now coming to the food, I can't say much, but the 1st time I tasted their Mutton Masala I just fall in love with their taste.. The foods served here are really very tasty nd mind blowing, quantity wise also they are too good.. Almost all types of Veg nd Non veg items are available here, but one should go for the Non-veg items..
