Naga flavour - Authentic Naga Restaurant — Restaurant in Assam

I love Naga Food and to visit this place was such a nice experience that I would get to the point. I first visited the Naga Flavour when it had freshly opened, because I was hungry and it was the nearest place serving Naga food. I was probably one of the earliest customers. I went in and the place immediately gave me a very welcoming vibe. Ever since then, I have been taking friends and family there for the lip smacking, soul satisfying food.

Ambience- it's really spacious with good lighting and room to move around. The decor is subtle and tastefully done. I really like the Naga hut setup they have going on there. The seating is the normal four seater tables which I was delighted to see, along with perhaps two to three low height seating arrangement

Accessibility- the location is not very hard to find. One has to climb a flight of stairs to reach the restaurant, so sadly its not wheelchair friendly.

Staff- very friendly and warm staff and very decent hospitality. They are accomodating and it doesn't feel like you have to wait around awkwardly for someone to attend to you. They are very prompt.

Food- this is the star of the review. The menu is very clean without the excessive dishes clutter. The quantity is very wholesome, taste is as authentic as it gets and the quality is very good. The presentation as well is neat and appealing.

I hope it survives the pandemic and thrives in the future and maintains its quality because I am eagerly waiting to dine in there my favourite Smoked Pork with...

Loved the place. Appreciate the effort in bringing out the digital menu, small thing but can make a big difference at times. So my first impression with the menu was definitely good. Coming to the food quality it's top notch and loved the Presentation. Don't miss their Smoke Pork with Dry Yam if you are there. Having tried all the Naga Food joints in the City, and have always been disappointed. But this particular restaurant Naga Flavour lives up to their name and trust me on this they have not compromised on the quality and the authenticity of a Naga Dish. Hope they continue the quality and hygiene.

The Ambience is fantastic, good place to spend some quality time with your friends and family.

Oh, yes a special mention for Amit, he is amazing. Very friendly and always ready to help with a smile.

This review isn't about the food since I haven't eaten there—it's about their unprofessional behavior and failure to update their food availability status. I visited at around 9 PM today. According to their Google listing, their closing time is 10:30 PM. When I arrived, they simply said they had no food and told me to try somewhere else. This was extremely rude. If they had run out of food, they could have updated their Google listing to prevent customers from making a wasted trip, especially during Guwahati's rainy weather.

The counter staff was discourteous. While I can't comment on their food, their customer service...
