KFC — Restaurant in Assam

I visited the newly opened KFC outlet in Beltola for the first time and sharing below my reasons for the stars: Very congested- had to wait for 25 mins to get a seat Service- Staff incorrectly entered a high billing amount, for which I had to ask her for the actual amount again. She did not apologize for her mistake. Food quality & quantity- not up to the expected standards. Beverage was served more with ice than the drink itself. Burger tasted ok but the chicken bucket did not taste as expected.

Today I ordered 2 popcorn rice bowls and 8 pcs of chicken wings from 'BELTOLA KFC', through swiggy , but sadly the rice was smelling and the gravy was sticky, even the wings were overcooked, I also visited this store 2 weeks back ,the service and food was good then but all the staff's were wearing there mask under there nose some of them didnt even wear a mask , I had to tell them to wear their mask properly but after that also they were all were ignorantly laughing and gossiping ADVICE to all KFC lovers in guwahti kindly visit other stores...
