Cheap & Best Biryani — Restaurant in Bardhaman

I frequently visit this resturant , and everytime it gives me another level of experience in every aspect . The food was truly exceptional with each dish showcasing the chef's skill .

Highlights:

One of the best Biryani joints in town. Both mutton and chicken biryanis are great. Half plate has good portions. Liked the mutton chap too. Only issue is they run out of the mutton biryani quite fast like by 7pm. Otherwise would have been a 5 star. Over the years price has increased quite a bit. Maybe they should remove the cheap from the name. They have an AC dining area in the 1st floor but the AC stays off in the "winter"( like every other shop with AC in town) and the windows also stay closed. This makes the dining area very hot, stuffy and stinky. So far one of the best chicken Biriyani I've ate. We also had butter chicken & chilli chicken with Kulcha.

Talking about biriyani- 9/10 Quality & quantity of #rice is well. The #meat was- succulent, juicy & balanced spiced. And the alu is big & tests decent enough.

Don't go with mutton, surely get disappointed.

Butter chicken - Taste good 8/10 Not a single sign of butter. But the white gravy is quite sweet.

Chilli chicken- Quite spicy 6/10 no balance of spices.chicken pieces are not satisfying.

Kulcha- Pathetic 4/10 Not baked properly. All the stuffing & seasonings are also not cooked properly.
