Read moreEven though the outlet is within the 4 km radius and the outlet does take order through @Zomato and @Swiggy, they deny the delivery service up to the location. They setup their own delivery parameters while making a delivery but won’t do the same for taking orders which is ridiculous. Every time so called acclaimed “Store Manager” will give a call and will deny the delivery location from their end by giving various reasons like it’s not within the pin code or our delivery parameter is only up to a certain location which will be within 3km of the store location. Personally I’m fed up with this process since once the order is being executed by @Zomato and @Swiggy within the permitted delivery parameters but the Store executive keeps denying it repeatedly without having any proper justification. If the delivery couldn’t be made then why take the order for that location at the first place and just to remind this location is within 4Km from the Store. During this whole conversation the attitude towards customers service is worst than any one could imagine and this is going up to a point where the food quality is declining and the delivery service is at the worst stage.
