Worst lady Manager.we have been to this place as we organised a birthday party 24th April 2024 ...and service isreally bad..as we had booked 7:30pm slot for 25 people and the AC hall was occupied untill 8:30pm..very inhuman..no courtesy..even though we spend money..there is no respect in front of all our relatives and friends..we will no longer opt for any birthday parties here...
The below reply is a honest and truthful reply..we do have humanity hence trusted your words and gesture dated 23rd April..
I'm unable to reply to ur review hence adding my below comments for your mentioned untrue feedback from your end.. You were very courteous with your words during the booking process on April 23, 2024. However, we regret to say that the service we received did not reflect the assurances given. We were deeply disappointed, especially in front of our 25 close relatives and friends. Even when I raised the issue at 8 PM, there was a delay of more than 10 minutes, extending to over 25 minutes. We have evidence in the form of photos and videos, which only added to our dismay. When we have booked the slot for 8pm irrespective of our time you must allocate 25seats which we did not see..6 of our people were waiting for the seats.
While we appreciate the quality of the food, we must emphasize that good food alone is not sufficient for a successful hospitality industry. We were also disappointed by the lack of courtesy and empathy displayed by your staff as he has no patience to give us a minute to clear the cakes which was kept on the table. It's worth noting that while your prices may be lower than other hotels, this should not come at the expense of basic courtesy.
Since we were regular visitors for dining from past 1year we had high expectations for our son's birthday party. Birthdays are meant for creating cherishable memories, but unfortunately, the way we were treated left us very unhappy. I regret to say that your establishment is not suitable for hosting parties due to the lack of proper arrangements and basic respect for guests."
Yes I agree our time booked was 7:30pm to 9pm..and we all reached by 8pm if you would not allow me stop replying..I may have to just write more than described above..kindly make a note as we are in shame before 25 of our very well known connects.
Can you give us our respect back..can we buy this back from...
Read moreMy experience was okay not too good !! So I went early by 12.30 noon to avoid the crowd thinking the stuffs will be Super hot and yum !! So I tried 299/- offer So what 3 staters they give weren’t hot at all and the biryani was hot and other 3 staters I asked them to pls serve it hot as it was noon and Kebbab want hot and main disadvantage and management or owner is to look at this is :: u need to take token before the food and if we need to eat extra while having the food we need to go and get token even for a extra water bottle or Soft drinks as the staff are so rude and arrogant like are super cops they don’t give anything without token !! And after 3rd time asking they got the hot Kabbas which was good and other two staters dint go well , were not that much good !! And do order Salad for the Biryani separately as the waitress don’t give not even single small lemon , not even 1 small piece Of cucumber and onions for the Biryani! Owner is humble as they treated when we entered the place but Waiter’s attitude was bad kinda arrogant like u r not the only customer , however our food will be saled if u don’t eat also as others were waiting in the line. So later I come to an understanding that the video and stuffs I saw was just a hype and not that much great!! But unlimited Biryani idea is good , taste was okay okay not that much hype and Rasam is awesome amazingly wonderful good taste and good fragrance!! Just a feedback will do try sometime again...
