I had one of the worst experiences ever with Sangeetha Mobiles. They cheated me outright by charging more than the invoice amount, and when I questioned it, their so-called “customer support” couldn’t care less. All they did was check and say everything was fine — no explanation, no refund, nothing!

This place is run by people who have zero integrity and zero respect for customers. Once they get your money, they don’t want to hear a single complaint. The attitude of the staff is pathetic, and the way they treat customers is absolutely disgusting.

I will never buy anything from Sangeetha Mobiles again, and I strongly warn everyone to stay away unless you enjoy being overcharged and ignored. Totally shameful business practices — they deserve every bit of the bad reputation...

I wanted to buy Samsung galaxy M51 from the store.

Though I had a bad experience,last time, thought that, thru might have improved their services.

To my surprise, it has gone from bad to worst.

Before visiting the shop, I called them to check the availability of stock, they had promised that they have stoch as asked me to visit.

On my visit to the shop,they said they don't have the model I wanted, but trying to convince my to buy the other model.

Not only they have wasted my time,but said they never called me to store.

They were arguing in such a way that I sm a fault.

Oh, god

Never ever visit the store again.

What is more annoying is management has taken least interst in improving the staff quality...

Worst store!!! I will never again step in to the store. Staff are very rude. They don't know how to behave with customers. They treated us very badly. Recently bought new phone for my mom. It was supposed to be her birthday gift. But unfortunately due to such a bad service by Sangeetha staff, she still didn't get a chance to use the new mobile. Got software and camera issues, the staff never responded. I had to go to Nokia service center personally 4 times to get a DOA letter. Even after getting DOA, I still didn't get the phone. I have to wait for one more day. Waste of time, money and effort. Don't bother to even look at the Sangeetha store in RR nagar which is opposite to...
