Reached the place at 11.30 am on 19. 03.2025 no one was there waited for 30 minutes and finally one guy came took the ordere on for 3 kg photo cake at that time the staff was not attentive and said to send the design on what's app and told to pay the bill. After billing they told to come next day 6.00pm it will be ready it's all in the system but when I went there at 6.45pm on 20.03.2025 the cake was not ready at all and they said they don't know the design and I need to send again when asked why it was not ready the staff said rudely they don't know what order was given and I need to resend again.

No staff is taking any responsibility I had paid the amount in full when reach there at said time and the cake is not ready how will you feel when all guests are waiting but the cake is not ready?

Finally after taking the cake which was made, the said cake was not fresh and it was too dry inside, I suspect they didn't even make the order ready which I placed.

I feel they may do it because if the guest does not come by any chance it's very good chance for them that they get the money for doing nothing.

Once Amma's was the best with customer service as weel as the taste and quality. Today it is just a bakery with rude staff, worst product.

We had ordered a 3 Step cake worth 8000 rupees for my nephew's 1st birthday, the order was placed a week in advance and they had promised to deliver it at 11AM on the birthday, the cake was supposed to be cut between 11:30 to 12PM & we had around 300 guests waiting at the party hall. We were at their store sharp at 11AM expecting to take the cake, they took the receipt and told us the printing needs to be done and it'll be ready in 10 mins, we were OK with that. We waited for 15+ mins and then asked them again for which they again said 10 more mins, they did this 4 times. We lost our patience and asked the manager to which he gave irrelevant replies and started arguing, we told him we don't need the printing and just asked for the cake, they didn't even agree for that!! Finally they gave us the cake at 12:20PM, the step cake was weak when we reached the venue (less than 2kms), the 2nd & 1st step was misaligned, looked like the cake was stored outside the refrigerator for a long time before printing. Worst behaviour from the manager, their other staff at the counter were good and supportive. We have been their customer for many years, they have good quality products but due to such behaviour from their staff they'll loose their customers like us.
