Quisiera food (HBR) — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I love Biryani and the branding of Zabi, that I appreciate on my drive past it everyday, invited me in. The communication design is very tasteful and clear, the interiors are interesting, the kitchen seems well invested. On the face of it, Zabi appears to be serious about what they do. They also declare on the walls about how serious they are - the 16 different spices, the specially sourced meat, the right long grain rice etc. But I wondered why I was the only person there. When the Mutton Biryani came spread on the plate and not in a bowl, the not so hot Biryani got cold really fast. The meat did not live up to the promise on the wall but disappointed. The masala of the biryani itself was quite good and the idea of altering the quantity of the masala to suit one's spice quotient is very interesting. But the cold Biryani, the not so great meat and uninvolved people, kill the eating experience. Small fixes can perhaps do wonders! Would really like to see a place that celebrates...

A decent and trifling place for biryani kebabs in Hbr layout... They are resulting a prodigious technique in biryani in which you will not treasure the whole spices. Which is obstacle for some biryani guzzlers...? Food is food always different food courtesans have their specific style of consumption. . They are indicting very reasonable also what they are proposing... Service is ample. Hygiene also maintained at the par level no worries to take your food... But I will suggest widening their menu so we can relish our more food wishes with you I think the management new or they are planning a new menu so we can see more food soon...Chicken samosa also not a bad thing to try… How should I forget the fragrant devil please try their ZARDA the signature dessert of Zabi's...

This place makes their signature biriyani which tastes great. Definitely worth trying. The rice is made less, medium or spicy based on your preference. Chicken biriyani is served through the week and mutton biriyany only on week ends. It is an open kitchen and one can see it's kept very clean and hygenic. Pricing is very good.
