Amma's Pastries — Restaurant in Bengaluru

So irerristable, what we thought about ammas is not like that, today i called jahallahalli cross branch and said to prepare 3 kg mixed cake square shape one part will be butterscotch and other will be pineapple triangle design. The person who was spoken at phone he is saying to me not possible I said why. Even i told him to call your chef i will explain him he said no he will not talk with you and we say that only he will follow. Arre yaar atleast listen to me but he is not ready to listen. When i call at main branch he also said no sir we can't make like that I told him bro iam 4 star hotel chef when i can make why can't you make you people are so famous in Bangalore. He said ok sir one of my incharge will call you his name Roshan. But he didn't call me again i called him thrice time no response no one has picking up the call is this the way ammas giving training to your staff.

We are paying not free off cost we are ordering for our friend who is going to dubai.

Shame on you guy's. Please give training...

Faced a worst experience this time with the Amma's Pastries! Very disappointed . ..Had ordered morning over the phone for evening's program 'Chocolate Truffle Cake, which was my our all time favorite and regular buy at Amma's pastry Jalahalli Cross. The cake had just the sponge with a thin layer of Choco Cream. Both taste and Quality is now big 'ZERO'. but, no compromise on the Cost, this time I was charged the highest amount. They have earned enough, now they are just fooling the customers. Let me tell you, A cake in a local bakery is better than buying from Amma's Pastries... We had bought this so called pastry just half kgs on 15th Dec 2022 and today is 21st it's still lying in the fridge., Please view my posted photos bfor you plan to buy ChocolateTruffle, you will get Chocolate Sponge... . Worst Cake, worst Taste, Worst Experience. . . 'Never to Amma's...

The place is easily noticeable from the road and traffic. You'll need to get on the service road to get here. Parking is hard to find, cars can't be parked in front of the store.

I bought a ready made chocolate cake from here, it tasted good but the icing looks bad, very old fashioned design and no choices. All the cakes had flowers made with icing on them.

Service here is very poor, the workers here just talk and walk around and don't care about the customers, had to wait half hour just to get the cake done. I could've got a fresh cake made with better design from somewhere else in this time. Horrible experience with the staff here.

Hope the staff gets trained how to work and deal with customers. I'd never visit the place...
