Good in taste! But poor in service! Have been a patron of Amma pastries since 2013 (one of their 1st branches in Tippasandra). They revolutionised the fresh cake/ pastries segment with amazing quality & affordable pricing.

However, last 3 years everytime I ordered stuff/ visited shop (Hoodi branch or even through common helpline), the service quality was at a constant decline. And recently when they exhorbitantaly charged INR. 250 for home delivery charges for an order worth INR 3750 that too just 2.6 kms distant and the rationale with which they justified it, clearly was a case where they completely lost the founding principles that made them successful. Greed & arrogance are too dangerous combination for evolution. I wish the owners read this message and understand the concern of a long time customer who would no more be...
