Amma's cakes and pastries are always made with finest buscuits, fresh double cream, melting chocolate, and a lot hard work behind the decoration, and that's why Amma's Cakes and Pastries melt in your mouth, and drip from the middle of your lips, and you wipe it with finger, and stick back in your mouth, and you don't let those precious drops ever fall. The delicious "Cherry On Top" is only for those who know the importance of it, and believe in preserving the freshness of the Cherry. They always keep it moist, and wait for those moments, when it is fully ripe, they could enjoy the sweet juice with their eyes shut, and hospitable breaths. The scent of the Cherry drives them crazy, and they just can't wait for another dip.

I am writing this feedback while waiting at your shop, and unfortunately, I am compelled to rate your service poorly due to the disappointing experience.

Order Scheduling Issue: I scheduled my order for delivery at 6:30 PM, understanding there might be some delay. Excessive Waiting Time: I arrived at 7:20 PM, only to find that my order was still not ready. Even now, as I write this at almost 8 PM, the order remains incomplete. Staff Mismanagement: Upon inquiry, I learned that your team had two orders but prepared only one cake. The other customer collected the prepared cake, leaving me waiting as they started preparing my order. Lack of Concern: The staff appeared indifferent to the inconvenience caused. Their behavior reflected a lack of care and professionalism, which is extremely frustrating. This experience has been truly disappointing. I expect timely service and respectful treatment, neither of which was provided in this instance.

It was my daughter's first b'day and went to order customized cake for pineapple titsbits fruit cake which cost me bomb price for 3kgs. Cost per kg for cake is 480 +2802+80 extra for egg less cake for design for round cake this is so disgusting design Charges for 3kg was more than cost of cake whole cake was charged 2780.when went to collect cake which was not ready and asked to come after half n hour later collecting cake 🎂. Looks like. OK but not impressed as per Charges.. Got very bad feedback from guest who had cake all they said it seems like cake was just baked and was very soft couldn't even cut pieces it was very soft and was so dry inside which was supposed to be juicy but no it was not. It was like eating bread with pineapple 🍍 .i would have brought it through just bake than wasting my time and whole event. Over all I would never recommend nor go to amma's ever again very bad...
