Anupam’s Coast to Coast – A Coastal Delight in Mahadevapura
We walked into Anupam’s Coast to Coast with modest expectations—especially after reading some mixed reviews—but walked out thoroughly impressed. This place turned out to be a fantastic surprise.
Parking is hassle-free with both valet and paid parking options available nearby—definitely a plus in this busy part of the city.
From the moment we were seated, the service stood out. The host took time to understand our taste and spice preferences and suggested dishes accordingly, setting the tone for a personalized and thoughtful dining experience.
The star of the meal was undoubtedly the Butter Garlic Prawns—succulent, fresh, and beautifully coated in rich buttery goodness without being drowned in cheese like many other places. It was polished off in no time!
Among the chicken dishes, while the Chicken Ghee Roast was enjoyable, the Chicken Uruval stole the show with its depth of flavor and balance. The Kerala Porotta was fresh and fluffy, but the Neer Dosa was the highlight—light, soft, and perfect with any gravy.
We also tried Chicken Ghasi with Kori Roti, and it was a revelation. The crispy roti soaking up that flavorful, spiced gravy created a delightful texture and flavor contrast that lingers in memory.
Their cocktail menu deserves special mention. From the comfort of a classic Hot Toddy to the bold twist of a Fireball Whiskey Sour topped with ginger, and a perfectly blended Long Island Iced Tea—each drink was crafted with attention.
We were initially unsure due to a few negative reviews, but our experience exceeded expectations in every way. Bold coastal flavors, well-executed seafood, attentive service, and a great bar—what’s not to like?
Verdict: A must-visit for seafood lovers and anyone craving rich, authentic coastal cuisine in Bangalore. Don’t let the reviews fool you—Anupam’s Coast to Coast is serving up some seriously good food and drinks with...
Read moreWe were quite sceptical with our visit to Anupams Coast to Coast especially with the reviews we read across different platforms. The service - could be better, but it is definitely better than what we read! The taste - again immaculate!
What we loved!
Sol Kadi - Loved the freshness, we were a group of 4 and we ordered 6 glasses! Where one person did not even drink Sol Kadi! Silver Fish Fry- Loved the tangy curated taste that came from the marination. Kaane Fish was equally fresh and tasty! Chciken Uruval was the surprise ! We all loved it! Prawns Ghee Roast - Something that should not be missed!! The Prawns Coastal Biriyani- Oh! The aroma it had! I am drooling even imagining it!
Things that can be improved: The service even though was okay, somethings were said which was not needed all. (Example the first waiter said we should eat starters in the small plates and not use big plates for the other) The Chicken sukka had too less chicken and way more coconut. We loved the first round of Prawns Ghee Roast and ordered for the second after tasting the first. The second one came way too bitter! The tomatoes on the masala Papad...
Read moreThe food at this restaurant was underwhelming and overpriced, leaving me disappointed. The portion sizes were small, and the flavors were lacking. Overall, I felt it was a waste of money for a dining experience that didn’t deliver.
