Recently these ppl were the caterers for my sreemantham function in Pearl MG Premium Party halls. The welcome drinks arrived at 1045 after multiple follow ups with the lady incharge...whereas it was supposed to start at 10. Half of the guests who arrived later on did not even receive it. The food was requested in buffet style but the food was soo cold...the soup was very cold and was served in plastic kinda bowls... they did not even have proper cutlery... The food was so cold...right from the roti to the rice to the gravies... Inspite of asking for kwality walls or amul...they brought Arun ice cream..n that too for 50 ppl they brought just one family pack. Being the host i went in the end to eat and the ice cream they served was a milkshake instead...they did not have anything to keep the ice cream cold.. This was with respect to the quality of food...now coming to the service... The servers were extremely rude to my guests...when my aunt asked for papad...he said just throw papads in her plate...n when my other aunt asked for extra rice...they said first finish the food in your plate and come!!! My brother too was insulted and he went home and had lunch instead of at the party...n all dis for 350/- per plate... A2B also charges the same but that quality was way way better ( my engagement function was done there, they closed it now unfortunately). My reputation and function both was ruined and they don't even bother to refund part...
Read moreI've visited this restaurant several times for breakfast since it's close to where I live. The Khali Dosa, Set Dosa, Idly Sambar, and Poori are all consistently good—I've never been disappointed with the food. Service is also quick, which is a plus.
However, one recurring issue ruins the experience: a particular group of people often occupies tables for long periods, even after finishing their food. They typically order just coffee and a few snacks, then sit around chatting for ages. One of them is a known TV actor. Despite this being a regular occurrence, the owner or manager never intervenes. It’s basic courtesy to free up tables for others, especially during busy breakfast hours—but it seems common sense isn’t so common anymore.
I initially intended to give this place 4 stars for the food, but I'm deducting 2 stars because of this persistent issue. A dining experience isn’t just about taste—it’s also about being able to eat in a comfortable, respectful environment. I hope the management finds the courage to address this and ensures fair table access for all customers. They're welcome to continue chatting outside the restaurant if they wish—no one...

Been to order Ravi Idly (2) here. And I’d only card (Debit) to pay the hotel manager (Satish) who was in the cash counter (with no face mask). He starts off seeing my card stating “₹. 200 is the minimum transaction”. I questioned him who told you this? He - “I’ve made this rule - who has to tell. If you want pay via phone or get out”.
SERIOUSLY! Such a worst place this is. He mean to say, if we need to have food at his place using card then, we need to order something above ₹. 200 - WOW!
Being manager, he don’t know how to speak (he spoke with me very rude) with a consumer. Unsure what he thinks about people who eat there.
He’s not giving anything for free. Even for a small parcel cover they will charge ₹. 5. “I wonder, in coming days they will also charge for the plates we eat 😅”.
I’ll never visit this place again!!
One more thing, a single start is also not worth it!! It...
