Chikpet Donne Biryani House - Since 1975 Vijayanagar — Restaurant in Bengaluru

They serve the authentic nati style biryani. It's been 6 years, I'm visited this place, and the Biryani taste still remains the same. Especially I come here to have my favorite Biryani rice and Kshatriya Kebab.

I like one thing about chickpet donne Biryani is whichever branch I do visit still the taste remains same.

When it comes to quality and quantity of food is really decent good and price is moderate. One thing every time I feel challenging is parking, 2 wheeler parking somehow manageable but avoid coming through 4 wheeler, finding parking would be Difficult job.

Avoid weekends if possible. the crowd would be high.

Food I tried and its rating: Biryani rice - 9/10. Kshatriya kebab- 9/10. Chicken lollypop - 8/10. Guntur chicken fry - 6/10.

Definitely a must try family...

But the real star of the show is their Kshatriya Kabab — juicy, smoky, and packed with bold spices. It’s a must-try for anyone who loves a good, fiery kabab.

Their chicken starters are also delicious, fresh, and perfectly seasoned — great for sharing or enjoying solo.

The service is quick, the food comes piping hot, and the prices are very reasonable. No frills, just fantastic food. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Karnataka-style...

Mutton biryani and mutton fry combo is the best fare on offer here. Does not offer the standard complementary small bowl of gravy but only a small bowl of watery raita along with the biriyani. 🙂Perhaps, the proprietor's idea is to force customers to order a separate gravy. Good Nati style cuisine but certainly not the very best that Bengaluru can offer.

Best thing about this place is that it stays open continuously during the day and doesn't close the kitchen after say, 4 PM. No new additions to the menu at all. Same old static fare and the car parking near the vicinity of this little restaurant has worsened considerably.
