I went there on my birthday and had the worst experience! I will never go to Pizza Hut ever again! Ruined my birthday.

Price has increased, quality not good. Menu is very very limited. Whatever is available on the menu does not taste good. Avoid this place.

Management need to pay attention to service.

Tables are not cleaned after people leave. Had to wait 10 mins for someone to come and remove dishes from previous customer on our table.

Was given wrong pizza twice even after telling them they got the wrong pizza. Got my pizza after 1 hour! It was extremely dry no sauce, no cheese. It was burnt. I was extremely hungry waiting for food.

There is only one waitress who cannot communicate properly. Doesn’t know menu either. Everyone else who should be working is inside. Food will be sitting out after being ready with nobody to serve.

Asked for hot sauce and ketchup thrice. She served only ketchup. I had to go get the hot sauce myself.

Ordered Mint lime mojito, it had No flavour or soda.

Ordered the Cheesy baked Momo. It was supposed to be spicy. But it was very very sweet. Too much oil and sweet.

They charged me money for something I did not order. Then she argued that I have ordered it. Manager was still training her that she made mistake.

Quality of food has gone down a lot. Swiggy/Zomato delivery people enter the kitchen and collect orders. No concern for safety or hygiene allowing outsiders to enter kitchen. Major risk after Covid spread.

Pizza Hut does not upload their dine in menu online or anywhere. Every other restaurant has a dine menu visible to customers on Zomato or Google. It is very difficult to know what is on the menu when their menu keeps changing. They will confuse you as their diner in and take away is on same page for meals. They won’t specify which...

The best pizza hut i have been to! No exaggeration! Cos it is not like many other pizza hut oulets. It is a proper restaurant with servers coming n taking our food orders, serving the food n after the meal is over, take our cards to pay bills. N the food is truly awesome! Never had such fresh, light crust, rich pizzas not just in pizza huts but pizza eateries anywhere! Seems too much exaggerating but i m fida! Service is quick. Quickest of service at any pizza place. The range of menu was for me unseen at other pizza huts. Just wish the place was even more bigger, easily visible from road n more prominent. Ambience is decent too. Impressed. Love it. Very bad experience at this place Only one staff is there to handle bill ,taking orders serving ..we were waiting that who will come to take order no one was there only the one single person is there to handle customer billing and food was also not good they are doing saving of cheese in pizzas or other item No cleaning on tables, under tables,washroom and sink very dirty like people splitted over there !
