Coffee Day Fresh n Ground — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Simply pathetic. Its hot here but apparently AC is "automatic", so it cant be controlled. The only staff present here is shockingly arrogant, almost hostile. Im waiting for my milkshake, while she is on her phone perfectly ignoring my attempts to call her. I didnt like the vibe inside so moved to the outdoor seating. The cocoa milkshake is too watery to drink. It cant get any worse, I thought, but nope! She denied to accept cash cuz there's no change. PayTM I said, no barcode scanner, she said. I said there is another way to PayTM via generating OTP, she dismissed it without even attempting. Only positive here is the free wi-fi. Ironically, Im using it to express my immense displeasure. I hope something is done about this. But TBH, I'm never coming back...

Let me tell you. It's the worst café here. The worse coffee day outlet in entire blore. The staff are not aware of what is in the menu. They shout and yell at each other while there are customers. The quality is bad, omg like everything is bad about this place..

And yeah other thing they also serve food under name "home cravings" in uber eats Don't ever order from that. I got fooled. First I thought its from a north Indian restaurant, later I got to know it's from coffee day kitchen. Like come on. Frozen food you deliver. I can't believe this at all. Worst. Don't order...

The coffee products are the worst here and its servers are always messed up. DON'T GO IF YOU HAVE A MOBILE WALLET PAYMENT IN YOUR MIND. They don't even provide WiFi because of their server issues. Staff is usually new and confused about what they can do to fix the issue. It's a terrible experience. The seating is also crowded and the outdoor seating has been removed and it is covered in dust most of the times. Don't go here if you want a...
