Sorry for the rating. But I couldn't stop myself. Actually it was a pleasant Sunday evening and I had been there for a relaxing and tasty dinner with my aged mother, wife and kids. But we're big disappointed. My son ordered shezwan noodles which were not cooked and so hard for chewing that hardly he was able to finish 3-4 spoon and then we called the hotel staff and complained about the noodles. He told us not to eat and replaced the noodles with fried rice. My son started eating without any complaints as he was really hungry and waiting for long time. I was suspicious about this item also because of his expressions which he could not hide. And allas... as soon as I tasted a little of his fried rice I was shocked to find that literally the rice was half cooked and tasteless. I asked my son to leave the food though I was knowing that we were wasting the food, paid the bill and came out with a mind full of anger with disappointment and empty stomach. In this I am not telling you about other food ordered which also nothing but an addition to our sufferings for the day. Very Disappointing Experience – Unhygienic and Poor Service

I had a terrible experience at this place. Firstly, I found insects in the dosa I was served. When I raised the issue, the staff casually removed the insect and simply made a new dosa without any real apology or concern — this is completely unacceptable when it comes to food hygiene.

The kitchen looked extremely dirty and disorganized, which explains the hygiene issue. On top of that, they charged a parcel fee, which felt unreasonable given the overall poor service and conditions.

It took 30 minutes just to get one dosa, and after all that time, I received food that was not safe to eat. Honestly, if someone were to eat here regularly, there’s a high risk of food poisoning.

Workers are showing more attitude than the owner of the hotel.... The food doesn't have any taste.... We ordered paneer tikka masala which is not worth the money at all - big onion and paneer cubes.... The paneer was pathetic, non-chewable, and they are using ready-made frozen roti.... You can also cook the same at your home in a hygienic kitchen.... Next time when you visit this hotel, please check their refrigerator kept outside on the ground floor.....
