Pizza Hut | Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I have been having pizza at Pizza Hut since 18yrs and this was the worst experience at any store till date!! The horrible encounter enfolds as below: Me and wife go to Pizza Hut store at 8:15 pm on 27march 2021; the counter is crowded with people expecting delivery of the orders. I took the menu and went to place the order at front desk. The guy doesn’t seem to listen to me as I keep asking will he take our order. Now the time is 8:30pm already and I’m still waiting for his response. I spoke aloud so that they can hear me, then the guy preparing pizza told me to wait for 15 mins to take the orders. “Alright, there is enough competition from dominos already just opposite to you. This is not the way you guy treat customers.” I just tried to make him aware customer is first. Now time is 8:45pm I have waited 15 mins additional to place the order. But, still there is nobody to accept it!! Now, I have lost the patience. But, still I wait considering he will accept it. There is another guy who arrived after me and he has managed to sneak in and started to place the orders! And the front desk has started taking it.!! Wow.. now is the best time to leave and find a better place. That’s opposite side of the road and its dominos!!

Below is the feedback (which is not present at your store) Keep an individual only for taking orders and settling payments. On weekends increase the counters to 2. Different Individuals to prepare orders from online and at store especially for weekends. Display board for currently running orders. A framework on management. Everything is chaotic in the store! Front desk guy is running all around the place. Preparation guy is talking to customers! Etc etc. At last train the staff a bit of courtesy and make them aware of the reputation which is hard to build; however so easy to lose. Today I’m the unlucky one and may be in future could be many more. At last, all these pricing gimmicks are only temporary and what will last is only customer experience and the reputation you earn with time. Hope, the review helps. Else, I don’t see the store running...

Worst service. I had a voucher code worth rs.500, I called this branch and they refused to take orders over the call and asked me to order through the app. And the app then didn't accept my voucher code to which this branch didn't provide me a solution so I myself made a call to the centralized team of pizza hut who readily took my order. After which pizza hut vidyaranyapura branch dispatched my order through zomato to whom they didn't pay or contacted the zomato delivery person/team. And I as a customer was stuck in between the pizza hut store person who hardly responds and the zomato delivery guy to whom I'm not liable to pay. It took around 20-30 mins to resolve. At last I had to consume comd pizza which was a total waste. And I'm unaware if the problem is sorted out or not because of very rude behavior of pizza hut store person. Please ensure do not order from here specially if you want a delivery. They do not have their own delivery team and depend on zomato. If at all someone has to delivery from store to customer without zomato they'll delay by lying their vehicle is puncture, fuel is over etc. I have faced all this issues more than 3 times. Never suggesting this...

I ordered a large thin base pizza on the app and even after half an hour the status on my pizza was not updated. I had to personally go to the outlet and only then did my order get acknowledged.

The cashier then asked me to take-away my pizza even though it was clearly marked for delivery. And, when the pizza finally arrived, it was slightly burnt without enough toppings and little to no taste. It felt like I was eating cardboard rather than pizza.

The outlet is very small and is short staffed. There was only one cashier and he was swamped leaving him unable to properly service the customers. Only 2 or 3 people were in the kitchen handling all the orders. And I felt that most of them were newbies without much experience.

(They also don't have their own delivery. They just use Swiggy or Zomato. But this is beside the point. It just goes to show how small and short staffed the outlet is.)

This outlet is simply terrible all around. It has soured my opinion on Pizza Hut and I don't recommend getting food from here. Just go to the Domino's outlet just across the street for a...
