Corner House - Rajajinagar — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This has been the WORST customer service experience I’ve had — not once, but twice now!

First Incident: We placed an order and one item was missing. When we called to report it, they said they’d check the CCTV footage and get back to us. Eventually, they sent a video clip without any timestamp, which could have easily been from a completely different order. Despite this, they refused to compensate or take responsibility.

Second Incident:We ordered 5 hot chocolate fudges — none of them came with chocolate sauce. Again, we called and were told someone would call us back in 10 minutes. No one did. We had to follow up ourselves, and the person who answered was shockingly rude. They insisted the sauce was included, again citing CCTV footage, and refused any sort of resolution.

This is not just poor service — it's careless, dismissive, and frankly, unprofessional. It's unacceptable for a place known for desserts to consistently mess up orders and show zero accountability.

To the management:Please take this seriously. Repeated failures and rude customer handling are not something to brush off. Hire staff who care about doing their job properly and respectfully.
