I recently had the pleasure of dining at Priyadarshini Grand Hotel, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant has a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, with ample seating space and attentive staff who were always ready to assist.

The menu at Priyadarshini Grand Hotel was quite extensive, featuring a wide variety of dishes from Indian and Chinese cuisines. I opted for the paneer butter masala and garlic naan, and it was an absolute delight. The paneer was cooked to perfection, and the rich and creamy gravy paired perfectly with the fluffy garlic naan. I being a customer from day 1 of Priyadarshini, I keep having this horrible experience and clash with the so called person in blue and whatever trouser colour who is incharge of the parcel counter. He has some kind of a personal issue from the day I told him and his manager about he digging his nose and packing the parcel to be an unacceptable and unhygienic way of packing the parcel. Since then though this has happened quite some time back, this guy in nlue shirt who normally is seen during 9 am morning hrs. , makes faces, responds rudely and always shows his discontentment towards packing the parcel and when we question to check if parcel is ready. Though this has been bought to the notice of multiple supervisors, recently to the cashier (thin lean tall dark faced guy @ 9am morning, 4th Nov) who posed himself as a supervisor, the attitude and behaviour of the guy in the parcel counter has not changed. Is it wrong to question the unhygienic way of digging the nose and touching the idlis requested for parcel??? Shouldn't this be questioned at Priyadarshini???? Dear Owner, Please Beware. Horrible experience. We recently used their party hall for naming ceremony and had a terrible experience with them. Beware of the following points if you are considering them for party hall, Staff won't respond well and they treat you like as if you are talking to them for free dinner or lunch Decorator charge you a bomb money for simple decoration. He speaks all possible good things and when it comes to delivering good work it just disappear. He will collect money upfront so that you are locked and even if you complain about bad quality flowers used, he will have a story to convince. Boys who serve the food are least bothered about anything & they just want to serve and get rid of you. Specially the dining hall supervisor is extremely rude and many of my guest complained about it. Food, don't get fooled by the quality you get in dining/self service. There is a huge difference. For ex: we ordered Ghee rice & gravy for the leaf lunch and there is soooooo much difference in quality you get the counter and they serve in party hall. I felt cheated.
