I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed through the Domino's app. The details of the order are as follows:

Capsicum Red Paprika Pizza Veggies Loaded Pizza Choco Lava Cake 3 Pepsi Garlic bread

Upon receiving my order, I was extremely disappointed to find that the quality of the food was far below the standard I expect from Domino's. The issues I encountered are as follows:

Capsicum Red Paprika Pizza: The toppings were completely outside the box, and the pizza was not properly baked, making it inedible. Veggies Loaded Pizza: Similarly, this pizza was also underbaked and lacked the quality I expected. Choco Lava Cake: The lava cake arrived in a completely opened and damaged state. In addition to the poor food quality, I faced significant issues while trying to contact customer support through the Domino's app. Whenever I attempted to raise a complaint, the app displayed an error message, and I was unable to get any proper assistance.

This has been a frustrating experience, and I request that you take immediate action to address both the quality issues with the food and the lack of support from your customer service team. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, including a refund or replacement for the items that were delivered in such poor condition. Is this a quality you give for the customers ???????

This multinational outlet refused to offer a glass of water to my 3 year old who said thirsty while ordering.. they said they don’t have water for their own staff n how can I give you.. atleast you should have asked me to buy a water bottle .. god is watching all and trust me you guys wil go to hell and I pray GOD your outlet shutdown very soon.. if you can’t offered to give my kid a glass of free water you can open a new bottle and charge me.. GOD this is ridiculous.. I never experienced this in my whole life.. out side street vendors are better then you idiots .. take out the cc tv footage on 20th July 2024 at 9:30pm and see how your staff behaved with us infront of my 3 year old kid jus for a glass of water.. you...
