I ordered 4 items from Dominos through swiggy and the delivery time said 20 to 25 minutes. And it's been more than an hour, and it still says it's preparing the order and will be done in2 minutes. It's been 2 minutes since 1hr. After calling the dominos branch, they told us to come pick up our own order. Help from swiggy was next to useless. It's a bot and very constricted. And you can't complain at all and according to the app, I don't have the right to cancel or any other functions since it's already being prepared. I still can't report or do anything through swiggy because it still shows preparing even though I have personally collected my own order.
Talking about the food. The garlic bread keeps shrinking day by day. I wouldn't be surprised if I get an empty box next time.

Despite multiple excuses—including the pizza being “too big”—the order arrived over 1 hour and 15 minutes late. The delivery status was marked as "out for delivery," but the delivery executive confirmed (it's a recorded call so dominos can check it out) the pizza was still being prepared at that time. The pizza itself was average and undercooked. This kind of misinformation and delay reflects highly unprofessional service. Even multiple reviews have spoken about the same problem... That lady is highly unprofessional and needs to be educated on how to talk to a customer!

On April 28, I visited the store and was asked to place my order using the Dine-In option on the Domino’s app. I proceeded to do so, and the amount was debited from my account, but the order was not placed successfully.
When I spoke to the store staff, they informed me that the payment was in between the systems and that I should place the order again, and I would receive a refund for the first failed transaction. Following their advice, I paid again and successfully placed the second order.
