Domino's Delivery Disaster: Unacceptably Long Wait Times
I had high hopes when I placed an order with Domino's Pizza, but those hopes were quickly dashed by the abysmal delivery time. Here's why my experience was a complete disaster:
Excessive Delay: I understand that delivery times can vary, but waiting for more than an hour for a pizza is beyond ridiculous. It's as if they forgot about my order altogether or decided to take a scenic route around town before delivering it.
Lack of Communication: To make matters worse, there was zero communication from Domino's regarding the delay. No updates, no apologies, nothing. It's as if they expect customers to just sit around twiddling their thumbs while they take their sweet time getting the order together.
Customer Service Failure: When I called to inquire about the status of my order, the customer service representative was less than helpful. They seemed indifferent to my concerns and offered no explanation for the delay. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Domino's.

One female employee was there who took order and prepared the food ordered. Other than her, others was sooo casual and was not okay. Customers are present in the store, staff should be in the place made for them. But most of the employees was on call with loud noise sitting on empty table's. Atleast when customers enters the store they should be alert by understanding the basic hygiene points.

the delivery partner connected me to the store manager Ajith Kumar i asked him for his employee code he was not ready to share it when i became harsh on him he informed that he will arrange the item and send he has delivered the pending item after 1 hour of delivery
