I asked for 2 butter masala dosa and waited for like 15 mins for the parcel when I got the parcel and checked at home it was a normal oil dosa. I have had butter masala dosa before from the same hotel in Jaymahal. So I rushed back for the second time informed the person the same that it's normal dosa not butter masala but he did not listen to me at all insted making another one and giving it to me he just said that he will add some butter on it. That is not what I had asked for. Especially in the Lockdown you can monitor the person making the dosa inside.
They are not customer friendly at all. Therefore I suggest not to buy anything like these from this hotel insted buy only Idly or wada not more than that.
Me being a regular customer they are not ready to listen and teaching me the difference between the food that I eat so these hotel is not recommended

Starting from parking: you can find parking for two wheelers on weekdays if there is no zig zag parking in peek hours and in weekends can't find parking. if you are parking, put it on center stand. If it's on side stand there will be another vehicle sleeping on you bike.
Food is good if eating there and good luck in parking yourself to any seats. Difficult on weekends.

Ganesh Food Joint not only delivered half of my order, but the little food that did come was of pathetic quality, unhygienic and totally unfit to eat. Out of frustration, I went directly to the restaurant to meet the so-called owner, Sathish. Instead of addressing the concern, he behaved in an arrogant and unprofessional manner, shamelessly blaming me first and then shifting the blame onto Zomato itself.
This place shows zero accountability, zero quality, and zero respect for customers. The kitchen and management both reflect a careless and irresponsible attitude. Such negligence cannot be tolerated, and a formal complaint is being registered by me with the food authorities for their pathetic service and questionable hygiene standards.
To make it very clear who is responsible for this shameful behavior, I am uploading the photo of the owner himself. People deserve to know the kind of management behind this so-called food joint.
