One star rating just bcoz, no option for further less Staff is really rude and do not understand customer requirements. I had 3 worst experience in this store
while ordering they said me that when you buy 2 pizza 99 for each something like that offer... Exactly don't remember bcoz it was few months back .. but while billing we realised that the info provided was totally wrong and i paid huge
i ordered online and waited for 3 hours , at 11pm i walked to the store , and the pizza was ready and kept aside there from few hours and it was cold like hell ...and they gave me that.
I ordered 2 pizza, i asked them if they can give 2nd one after few hours , they agreed and they were ok with it . I went to the store after sometime and gave the bill , they took the bill and kept aside . After that almost 6 people entered -- ordered-- received ordered and left the store.. That lady who took order was very selective , she could smile and fulfil the orders of certain people . I still waited . Whenever i ssked she asked me to wait . Last she came to me telling , that now new bulk order has come I have to wait until it gets completed . More than 1 hour i waited ...now i have to wait for getting 40 pizza order to finish. I said them to refund .
That was really a bad experience i encountered in my life . Really worst store with worst staff...
Read moreThe worst place.. The supervisor and the staff there do not have ethics.. The big liers I have ever seen. I had placed an order for 2 pizzas and an add on to make the bill amount Rs.300+ cause that is the minimum orders for home delivery. This was for my son who is just over 4yrs.. He was waiting for his pizza for almost 45 mins and the pizzas were not delivered.. I called to check the status and asked if I would receive it free of cost since it had exceeded 30 mins from the time I had ordered them. The staff as well as the manager (supervisor) confirmed that the order was out for delivery and since it was late, I would receive a Rs.300 discount.. The pizzas didnt reach even after that.. I called again to check the status and this time the answer was totally different.. The supervisor picked the call and told me that they haven’t received any order from my end and they denied speaking to me.. They refused to deliver the order and asked me to place a fresh order after 1 hour of conversation.. None of them will ever succeed in life for having kept the little boy waiting for his pizzas.. Read moreI had ordered a Cheese Burst Farmhouse Pizza, but instead, a Margherita Pizza was delivered to me. This was highly disappointing, and what made the experience worse was the response from the outlet. I wish I could give this outlet a negative rating if possible.
The staff not only failed to provide a proper resolution but also disconnected the call while I was trying to explain the issue. Such behavior reflects a lack of basic customer service etiquette and professionalism. If the staff/store manager cannot handle customers then it's best to shut the outlet!
I strongly urge the outlet team to undergo proper training in handling customers and resolving concerns with courtesy. Mistakes can happen, but the least expected is an apology and an effort to correct them. Unfortunately, neither was offered in this case.
This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I am reconsidering ordering from Domino’s...
