Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Used to go there on a regular basis ,used to sit and work after ordering food the employee who you guys have appointed there ,the lady is so rude and has no empathy for customers when we enter it feels like she's so angry to see us ,no greet no gesture while getting the order ,so rude all the time, firstly i thought it's just me but thereafter my frnds also had the same experience,the ambience and vibe of this cafe is not at all like ccd ,it's a badly maintained place and the employees lack basic hospitality etiquettes ,i have switched to a different cafe now and can easiy say that this cafe is the worst in entire kasturi nagar ,they don't have items available ,the barista is rude as hell,they turn the ac off and act as if ac is faulty same is applicable to cleaning staff as well there have been multiple instances where i had to clean my own table,the staff is just...

I would like to give the lowest possible star . The manager literally asked us to leave as we ordered only 1 item. I and my employee went to cafe coffee day to have a coffee and discuss fee things. We ordered a coffee. The manage immediately told that we need to compulsorily order 2 items because 2 of them are present. What if one person is hungry and the other is not. When i asked he told thats the rule here and he denied to give coffee that we ordered. He told us to leave if we are not complying and says this rule is applicable only in that outlet. I didnt expect this disrespectful behaviour. I have been to multiple cafe coffee day but this is the worst...

I had a worst experience in this particular CCD. I ordered one storm and they did not allow me to sit in the ccd because storm is considered as an add-on and we are not supposed to sit in the ccd after buying only storm. The staff behavior was so rude and bad. When I told them that no other ccd is having such rules and they told me that their manager told them to do so. After talking to the manager then they allowed me in the ccd. My sincere question to ccd is, isn't storm your product?? I had a very bad experience in this CCD I have been going to other CCD since 4years I have never heard of these kinda rules and I had the most embarrassing moment...
