The smile on my kids face says it all. A big thank you to mr prashant sir for delivering the beauty on time with no hassles. It's a showroom with the best brands and wonderful collection, the problem is which one to chose, the mindset keeps on changing everytime you see another bike. It was a great experience at store , well explained when asked about any and every bike out there. There is nothing pushed on you , only when asked you are advised whether you need it or not . Online purchase is easy but delivery time takes a week or more and another two days for technician visit to assemble bike. If there are scratches , bends then you are not in a position to send it back too, company will claim these are unfortunate incidents in transit and will apologize or will assure to send technician again, so another week gone. I highly recommend that you head to nearby store , talk to the manager , see all the brands ,budget then decide..online purchases are a strict no.. I highly recommend this store and people stating nearby banaswadi can go there if planning to buy a cycle. Mr prashant is a thorough gentleman, very warm person and will treat everyone nicely .you will have a wonderful experience for sure and quality service , the technician out there holds 25 yrs of experience and does the job to your satisfaction...I'm.a very happy customer ..thank you...

Just avoid this place if you don't want your bicycle parts stolen. I gave my 1 month old cycle for thr first service and to my shock when i got the delivery. The battery powered LED taillight is missing. When i asked the owner, his resppnse was just so lethargic and irresponsible.. This guy lost a custoner at his expense. You should be wary too..

Response to the owner's comment --- This should pretty much explain his level of irresponsibility and blame shifting. In his own words "my cctv is not clear and advanced"

My front light was lying in a basket of his spares . That was also co-incidental , right? This is a question to the owner..

I'm not leaving this feedback to get his response. I just wouldn't want anyone else to go through this pain, time consuming and frustration of following on a small part as the owner mentioned.. It's the trust...

Poorest service in the town. Given the cycle for a tyre change. The mechanic didn't even check tyre rotation direction. He wasn't even happy to correct it. After correcting and filling air, he didn't check whther the tyre was in tact. I was feeling the wheel was bent heavily while pedalling back home. After reaching home I found that the beeding of the tyre was still outside for some part.. Glad that I reached back alive.

Above all the ignorance, cycles given for service are kept utterly careless there.. Infront of the shop they just stack one over the other under the sun and rain. My cycle derailleur was just pressed againt nearby cycles. I'm glad that it didn't break. If you really love your cycle, never give that...
