Very Poor Service and No Professionalism at Dominoās Gottigere
I had a very bad experience with the Dominoās outlet at Gottigere. I placed an order through the Dominoās app, and it showed 40 minutes delivery time (probably because it was raining that day). I was fine with that, but even after waiting for over 1 hour and 10 minutes, the order didnāt arrive. When I called the store, they casually told me it would take another 20 minutes.
That means the total wait time would have been around 1.5 hours, which is unacceptable for a food order. If they knew there would be such a delay, why show 40 minutes on the app? I could have easily ordered from another platform and received it in less time. Very disappointing and misleading!
This is not the first bad experience. I also visited the Gottigere Dominoās outlet earlier and noticed a sign that says āIf bill not provided, your order is free.ā After placing my order at the counter, they didnāt give me the bill until I asked for it after my food was ready. When I asked about it, the staff just ignored the rule and gave the bill without any explanation.
To make things worse, the lady at the counter was extremely rude. She didnāt know how to speak to customers politely, and I suspect it was the same person who answered my call about the delayed delivery. Her behavior in both situations was very unprofessional.
Overall, Iām extremely unhappy with both the service and staff attitude at the Gottigere Dominoās outlet. They donāt follow basic customer service principles, and their delivery promises cannot be trusted.
Definitely not ordering from this...

Secondly chicken wings was missing with the delivered items. Delivery boy name is Murli, he said sorry for the late and told that the amount will get refunded. I called Chickelsandra Dominos and told them same thing and they said the amount will get refunded within 7 working days and ready to send the chicken wings. Chicken wings got delivered very late night when we already slept of. I waited for 7working Days but I didn't received the amount back, I called them again and they asked me to wait for 3-4 days, I waited for the same but didn't received the amount. Again when I called they said they have refunded the amount but no money credited to my account. When I asked for transaction I'd they told manager is not there and asked to call at evening. Chickelsandra Dominos people are liers and they keep playing with Customer emotions, I never expected this kind of customer service from brand like Dominos. Today when I called again a person named Laxmi received the call and when told her all the above problem that I have faced with she checked and told that no transaction has been made to refund the amount and she told that if I ordered pizza she can only give a discount of RS 300 only but my order was of RS 800 and change. I was socked and speechless, I was having no other option but Chickelsandra Dominos is the worst outlet that brand like...
